My name is Kali and I’m a single mom in LA $aving her way to law school. With a daughter in college and a massive student loan debt for my undergraduate education, saving for law school is a necessity. Hence, the development of this site!
It seems as though I’ve always had a strong desire to fight for justice, to be a voice for victims. This desire cultivated into a 14-year career in law enforcement that started soonafter my high school graduation. As a long time CASA and legal aid volunteer, it wasn’t long before I realized the next step for me was law school…and off I went to pursue a college degree while working full-time at the PD.
After seven years of part-time study, I graduated with honors (summa) in Criminology and received a diploma in Paralegal Studies. As with many students, this coveted undergraduate education resulted in a whopping amount of student loans, that is often a struggle to repay. However, I’m determined to overcome this obstacle through faith, prayer and hard work!
